Craig Hendrick joined ConferenceDirect in March of 2006 after an 18 + year career in hotel management. With operations, reservations, and sales experience with four different hotel companies in ten hotels in seven different cities, Craig brings tremendous experience to his customers. He has served on the Board of Directors for MPI New Jersey, chaired the Pittsburgh Walk Now for Autism Speaks from 2006- 2009 (still currently active), and is the Education Chair for the POWER Chapter of PCMA.

In 2008, Craig was the recipient of the ConferenceDirect Break Through Award for superior performance. “Saving customers time and money while helping solve pop-up challenges with meetings is a true pleasure. I am very proud of the more than $2 million saved for my customers in 2008 and 2009 alone.” Craig graduated with a BA degree in Hotel- Restaurant Management from James Madison University in 1988. Together with his wife, Sara, they form one of a few husband-wife teams in ConferenceDirect.
